The Nautical Group provides executive and professional search services for a variety of industries – including but not limited to finance, automotive, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, technology and non-profits. We support clients in these industries by placing top candidates in positions from the C-Suite to critical support roles.
Planning and Discovery
We’ll meet with key members of your organization to understand your company history, mission and culture. We work with you to identify specific opportunities and challenges surrounding both your company and the position, and develop a specific search strategy and candidate profile. If needed, we also assist in preparing internal candidates to better understand search process and timing.
We search The Nautical Group’s internal candidate database to find the perfect candidates for you. We use external sourcing through the Centers of Influence and The Nautical Group’s network, and online tools. We’ll post and promote the position on relevant job boards, and conduct initial candidate screening and interviews. Then, we validate our initial findings with in-person or video conference interviews, and prepare a detailed candidate report for you.
Presentation and Selection
After the search is complete, we’ll develop final list of candidates for your review. We support hiring managers in preparing an efficient interview process, and coordinate interviews between you and the candidates, assisting with logistics when necessary. We’ll facilitate salary and contract negotiations, if needed, and conduct candidate reference checks and other pre-employment qualifications.
