Elizabeth Fortner

Elizabeth is an Associate Researcher at The Nautical Group, where she supports executive search engagements through market research, talent mapping, candidate development, and strategic search execution.

Prior to joining The Nautical Group, Elizabeth worked in retail operations while completing her undergraduate studies, gaining experience in operations, organization, and client service.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University. She is passionate about community engagement and serves as a volunteer leader with Young Life at Neighbor to Neighbor, where she mentors high school students and invests in youth development.
