Jeff is Chairman of The Nautical Group and founded the firm in 2012, where he oversees board placements and guides the firm’s strategic direction.

With nearly 40 years of experience in executive search and staffing, Jeff brings unmatched expertise and relationships to his clients. Prior to founding The Nautical Group, he grew Manpower Group and Manpower Professional in Raleigh into the largest Manpower organization in North America, earning recognition for innovative leadership and a people-first approach.

Jeff is deeply committed to long-term client relationships, community involvement, and mentoring future leaders. He serves on several boards, including Wells Fargo Advisors, and has supported organizations such as the YMCA of the Triangle, WakeMed Hospital Foundation, and NC State’s Poole College of Management.

A devoted husband and family man, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and their children. When not working, they can often be found riding their Vespa around town or enjoying quality time outdoors together.
