John Martin is a Special Advisor with The Nautical Group and has an expanding and collective career (over 20 years) in real estate and strategic partnerships. He leads the Real Estate vertical for the firm and offers clients a distinctive blend of market expertise across all matters real estate.

A proud native of the Commonwealth of Virginia and graduate of East Carolina University, John lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and three children. He enjoys outdoor activities of just about any kind as well as spending time with family and friends.
