Kyndall Roberston

Kyndall is a Principal at The Nautical Group, where she leads client delivery and business development.

After earning her degree in telecommunication from the University of Florida, Kyndall built her career in executive search, focusing on C-level placements across asset management and private equity firms. She is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right organizations and helping clients achieve their goals.

Kyndall and her husband moved to Raleigh in 2022, and they share their home with their beloved black lab, Betsy. Outside of work, Kyndall enjoys exploring the area, building local partnerships, and taking Betsy on outdoor adventures—often stopping along the way for a coffee and a good conversation with friends.
