Rachel McLean

Rachel McLean is an Associate Researcher at The Nautical Group, where she supports search engagements through market research, candidate sourcing, strategic outreach, and relationship management.

Prior to joining The Nautical Group, Rachel worked as a Regional Recruiter with Aflac, where she developed a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. She also completed an internship with ECU Health's Volunteer Services Department.

Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from East Carolina University, where she is also currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA). Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, Rachel enjoys spending time by the water, needlepointing, and making memories with family and friends.
