His deep knowledge of the local market and community allows him to connect talent with the right opportunities.

Tomp lives in Raleigh with his wife, Morgan, and their two children. When he’s not working, you’ll find him at his son’s sporting events, cheering on the Wolfpack at Carter-Finley Stadium, or enjoying family time at the University Club pool, playing pickleball, or hitting the golf course.
