Will Roach

Will is CEO of The Nautical Group, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, vision, and growth.

Before joining The Nautical Group, Will built a diverse career spanning medical devices, private aviation, and business operations, including senior leadership roles at TMC Jets and Wheels Up.

A Raleigh native, Will graduated from NC State’s Poole College of Management. Will lives in Raleigh with his wife, Anna, and their two children. When he’s not working, adventuring outdoors, or playing a variety of sports, he’s cheering on the Wolfpack and investing his time in the local community.
