Kyndall Robertson is the Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities and expanding The Nautical Group into new markets.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida, Kyndall has spent the entirety of her career in executive search, serving in both talent acquisition and business development roles. Her first recruiting experience was initially focused on accounting and finance search in her home state of Florida. Upon moving to a senior executive recruiter position, Kyndall focused on C-level placements across a multitude of asset management and private equity firms. In addition, she managed client relations as well as identified new business opportunities across a broad range of industries.

In 2022, Kyndall and her husband moved to Raleigh, and she is passionate about working for a local firm where she can develop long-term partnerships with companies across North Carolina.

Kyndall is skilled in business development, account management and leadership recruiting. She is passionate about aligning her clients’ needs with the ideal talent for them to accomplish their goals. Her sales approach centers around a genuine curiosity for people and how they best fit into an organization, and she knows how to ask the right questions to be the best resource for her clients.
