A hands-on leader, Jeff works with his staff to understand client needs to ensure a perfect fit. 

Kathryn Hoover

PRESIDENT & CEO

Kathryn has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and executive recruitment and has worked with both Fortune 500 companies as well as small, privately-held organizations.

Her experience includes working as a corporate recruiter for the SAY Group and The Manpower Group, both in Raleigh, North Carolina.

As Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at The Nautical Group, Will is responsible for strategic growth, client development, partnerships, and marketing. He brings a diverse background across multiple industries to include corporate aviation, healthcare/medical, transportation, and logistics.

Kyndall Robertson

SENIOR VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Kyndall Robertson is Senior Vice VP of Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and expanding The Nautical Group into new markets.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development at the Nautical Group, Steve is responsible for maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities and expanding existing markets. Steve has more than 20 years’ experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry.
